Returns and Refunds

If, in the very unlikely event you receive a damaged item in the post, we will replace it free of charge to you – please contact us within a calendar month of the dispatch notification with your order number (starting #), name and address, along with pictures of the damage, including any damaged packaging.

If you ordered the wrong item by accident, please contact us in the same way – we are normally able to arrange a return, but will ask you to cover the return shipping charges.

Delayed items

The majority of our parcels are sent using Royal Mail, who aim to deliver first-class post in one working day, and second-class post in three working days. At certain times of year the service can come under strain, and these delivery windows are lengthened.

If you’ve received an email from us saying your parcel has been posted but you haven’t yet received your books, your parcel has probably been delayed, so please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will be able to let you know if the parcel is still en route or if a replacement needs to be sorted.
