I live in the EU and want to order books. Can I?
Yes, you can… but Brexit, the gift that keeps on giving, means there are VAT implications. More information here. If you’re as confused as we are, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@renardpress.com and we’ll do our best to help!
Where can I find out more about submitting my work?

Can I submit artwork or illustrations?
Yes, you can send your portfolio by email to info@renardpress.com.
I’ve submitted my work but haven’t heard anything yet – should I get in contact?
Unlike most publishers, we accept unagented submissions, which means we receive a lot of submissions. We always endeavour to reply to properly submitted work, so if you’ve followed our guidelines, we will be in touch as soon as we’ve considered your work.
How do I get in contact with an author?

Do you have any jobs, work experience or internship vacancies?

Can I get my hands on a catalogue?
Of course! If you place an order with us, make sure you tick the box asking for a catalogue on the Checkout page, and we will include you in our next mail-out. We normally send out our catalogues only once or twice a year, so you can feel free to look through our online catalogues here.
Does Renard produce e-books?
Yes – all of our titles are available in all of the popular e-book formats. You can find out more here.
Can I get a review copy?
If you work in the media and would like a review copy, please email us at publicity@renardpress.com.

How do I get permission to quote from a Renard book?
Please contact us using our permission-request form here.
Can I perform a Renard-published play?
Of course! It’s best to check permissions with us first, however, as plays covered by copyright will need to have permission clearance. You can email us at info@renardpress.com to check.
How do I find out whether rights are available for a book?
If you’re interested in securing any sort of rights, please email us at rights@renardpress.com.
Does Renard offer a desk copy/inspection copy scheme?

Can I track my order?
We send orders in different ways, depending on their weight and destination. If your order was sent via courier or a tracked service, there will be a tracking button on the Order page.
How was my order sent?
The posting method will be in the confirmation email the website sent you after you placed your order. If you can’t find the email, you can always check in your orders.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of Renard marketing emails, which you can use to remove your email from our newsletter database. Alternatively you can contact us at info@renardpress.com, and we will be happy to help.
Why do you include pronouns in your email signature?
Ah, one of the hotly contested points of the Culture Wars! Put simply, because it normalises discussions about gender. Perhaps it doesn’t matter to you, but it does to someone else.
Do you accept returns?
If, in the very unlikely event you receive a damaged item in the post, we will replace it free of charge to you – please contact us at info@renardpress.com within a calendar month of the dispatch notification with your order number (starting #), name and address, along with pictures of the damage, including any damaged packaging. If you ordered the wrong item by accident, please contact us in the same way – we are normally able to arrange a return, but will ask you to cover the return shipping charges.
