Lana Silver is originally from London, but fell in love with Wales, and now lives in Cardiff with her other half and their pets (‘the fellas’). She has been writing and performing poetry since she was eight. Since then, she has been featured in anthologies with the Barbican Young Poets, Boscombe Revolution and Secret Chords from the Folklore Poetry Prize. Her work was recently commended in the New Voices First Pamphlet Competition 2021. She is currently working on her first collection and is secretly enjoying the essays (and all the coffee) in her English Literature degree.
