Carolann North is a poet, editor and researcher from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Her work has been published by Poetry Jukebox, The Bangor Literary Journal and Wine Cellar Press, among others. She has performed internationally, and has been funded by ACNI and the University of Atypical. In 2021, she won the ninth Bangor Poetry Competition for her poem ‘Nesting’. She is the curator of Books Beyond Boundaries NI, an Ulster University project increasing diversity in speculative literature on the island of Ireland. She lives with her long-suffering daughter, two insufferable cats and more books than is appropriate, even for her.
