Chalice Am Bergris lives in London and loves poached eggs and cheese, but not together. She is mentally and physically disabled, but also considers not living next-door to Waitrose a disability. She struggles with reading, talking and moving, and loves poetry, as it is a more manageable art form for her. She has been published in magazines, journals and anthologies in Europe and America, and has won two poetry competitions. In other lives, she taught medical students sociology, offenders anger management and herself hieroglyphics.
